We were invited to bid and landed at highly
visible start up in Allen, Tx. The high-tech communication
company is studying ways to speed up switching systems for
long distance dialing procedures.
Their build out consisted of 85,000 sf of
high end office finish out including an 11,000 sf sophisticated
lab with special flooring, DC electrical currents, special
data cabling.
After being selected to do this work, we
value engineered about $100,000 out of the over $2,500,000
initial cost and still gave them what they needed and wanted.
The project was brought in on time and within budget. |
