Intellimark is an electronics component repair
and assembly company in business for several years. We were
selected, along with the architect firm to team up on this
million dollar design build project for new regional offices.
The new location consists of an executive
section, general office, manufacturing and shipping. Intellimark’s
local key personnel wanted emphasis on entry features continuing
toward the executive area with uniquely designed hall way
features.
The project team consisted of key personnel
from Intellimark, the architect firm and design group. Once
the plan and design and costs were agreed upon (approximately
$980,000) our MEP construction team did the required engineering
and we proceeded to bring this project in on time and within
budget.
